Andy Skowronski is founder / Managing director of A&C Associates Ltd - international industry advisers and trainers. Andy has held numerous leadership and senior executive positions spanning his 35 year career, including in recent years, Interim General Manager for UPGC (Yum! Canada) Vice President for Global Supply Chain & R&DQA for Krispy Kreme based in the US, and Chief Strategy Officer for Ramcar – Philippines, His corporate career with Yum! Brands and PepsiCo spanned 23 years with regional roles in Asia, Middle East and Central Europe.
A senior leader / board member with experience in strategy development and execution, transformation programs, organisational development, franchising, supply chain and commercial due diligence. Much of his experience and knowledge has been gained in the Food and Beverage, Retail and FMCG sector, with exposure to different cultures having worked in 3 continents and been based in 6 countries.
One of Andy’s most personally satisfying achievements is authoring and delivering ‘The Road to Transformation’, an exciting change management program, which clients internationally have benefited from and sustained consistent momentum in transforming their businesses.
