Brian Siemienas joined Darden in May 2017. He is a Marketing professional with 22 years of restaurant, hospitality and entertainment experience. In his current role, he is responsible for International and franchise marketing strategy, market entry, culinary, localization of sales and marketing campaigns by utilizing consumer insights and developing social media strategies to drive results.
Darden owns and operates more than 1,700 Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, Yard House, The Capital Grille, Seasons 52, Bahama Breeze and Eddie V's in North America, employing 175,000 people and serving more than 380 million guests each year.
Prior to joining Darden, Brian worked for Hilton Worldwide where he served as Senior Director of Market Development at Hilton Grand Vacations. In this role, he directed Hilton Worldwide relationships to drive financial results and increased reach of marketing programs.
Brian worked for 12 years at Hard Rock International in various marketing leadership roles. In his final two years at Hard Rock, he was Head of Global Marketing where he directed all worldwide company and franchise cafe marketing including advertising, public relations, promotions, special events, openings, research, partnerships and brand development.
Brian holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications and a Master’s Degree in Mass Communications from the University of Florida.
