Catherine began her career with Red Lobster in 2002 as a front-line team member, while completing her Bachelor’s Science degree. In 2005, she entered the Management Leadership program and led operations in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area, while completing her Master of Management degree. After several years as restaurant manager and General Manager, Catherine joined the Restaurant Support Center in Orlando, Florida, leading Operations Training for the company. In 2015, Catherine transitioned fully into the International Operations team, supporting Red Lobster’s global business. Catherine now lives in Shanghai, China as Red Lobster’s Director of International Operations, Asia.
