Charles R. Gray is currently the Sr Director and Global Product Leader for the Digital First Restaurant initiative at NCR. He has held leadership positions in sales and partnerships within NCR Hospitality since 2006. Prior to joining NCR he was Vice President of IT for California Pizza Kitchen and Cosi, Inc, both publicly traded restaurant chains based in the United States. Mr. Gray has worked in the Hospitality industry for 30 years holding positions in Operations, Training, and Information Technology. He also served two terms on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Airport Authority (a quasi-public agency responsible for the management of six airports in the State of Connecticut) and one term as Chairman of the Board for the Authority.
