Kris Miotke leads marketing strategy for the International business at The Wendy’s Company. This includes a team that supports the more than 500 Wendy’s restaurants outside of North America.
Wendy's is best known for its made-to-order square hamburgers, served hot off the grill, freshly-prepared salads, and other signature items like chili, baked potatoes and the Frosty ® dessert.
Since joining the company in 2016, Mr. Miotke has been focused on building a compelling Wendy's Brand Proposition in current and new international markets. This includes development of experiential and creative strategies that enhance and support system-wide, region and country specific initiatives.
Prior to joining Wendy’s, Kris held marketing leadership roles at brands such as McDonald’s, Six Flags and Popeyes. Where he led marketing, advertising, promotion, PR and CRM activity.
In addition, Mr. Miotke has been a university instructor of senior and graduate level courses in Marketing Management, Advertising Strategy & Campaigns, Media Planning, and Broadcast Production.
