Valeria Krynetskaya is leading IFFCO’s Plant-Based Venture. She comes with 20+ years of international experience in building growth strategies, pioneering new categories and markets in major F&B companies like Arla Foods & Orkla Foods. Her last 7 years, Valeria dedicated to creating strategies and designing solutions to accelerate a transformation toward a sustainable plant-based diet.
Her major focus is rediscovering forgotten highly nutritious, sustainable crops and re-imagining them into new tasty plant-based foods, by making them accessible and easy to enjoy in everyday diet. Her passions are unlocking plants’ underutilized potential, discovering and applying healthy food technologies and advocating for animal welfare.
She has co-authored several white papers to seed knowledge and influence key stakeholders in public and private sector. Valeria holds Master of Business Administration and Economics from The Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in Russia.
