Aaron has spent the past 12 years helping Technomic clients and partners better understand the competitive landscape and areas of growth opportunity in the foodservice industry. He began his career with the company covering menu, operations and technology news and trends within the United States foodservice industry, and has since expanded this coverage to include 25+ markets across the globe. Aaron currently contributes content, research and analysis to Technomic’s Global Navigator, a comprehensive program that delivers key global insights, strategies and trends for chain operators, manufacturers, distributors and other foodservice companies. Aaron also creates custom global research projects and reports that help clients make informed strategic decisions about their businesses.
Aaron received his B.A. in English from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife, 5-year-old son and two dogs.
