Bernard Tay is the founder of Jinjja Chicken. He graduated with Marketing Major from York University, Canada in 2006 . His passion for the food industry started since his school days where he would spend his holidays in the family factory. Upon graduation, he jumped straight into his family’s F&B business and was the handling Business Development and Procurement. After spending 10 years in the family business, he decided to fulfill his dream of setting up his own business. Together with a business partner who has a good 20 years of experience under his belt, they built a strong 100-men team and a vibrant new concept from scratch, and that is the Jinjja Chicken you see today.
