Mr Dellen Soh was the co-founder of ThaiExpress Concepts Pte Ltd, which is known today as Minor Food Singapore. He is the Chairman & CEO of Minor Food Singapore with more than 50 outlets in Singapore and 30 outlets in Vietnam, Thailand, Maldives and China.
