Enrique Kaufer brings over 25 years of progressive experience in Business Development, General Management, Real Estate, Sales and Marketing, across different industries, including food & beverage; health and wellness, and consumer products. Mr. Kaufer’s experience spans from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups, across markets in the US, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East.
Enrique is Vice President International Franchise Development at Dine Brands, where he oversees international development for Applebee’s and IHOP. Previously, he served as Vice President & General Manager – International Retail, at General Nutrition Company, where he oversaw over 2,000 locations in over 50 countries. Previous roles included Jamba Juice, Pollo Campero, and Pepsi.
Enrique holds an MBA from Stanford University, a Masters in Real Estate from the University of Florida, and a BA in Economics from the University of California San Diego.
