Eric Johnson serves as Global Team Leader for Franchise Programs for the U.S. Export Assistance Center in Atlanta, Georgia managing business development consultancy in franchising, agribusiness and consumer products industries. Eric has been a part of the international trade and investment promotion arena for twenty years and has consulted multi-unit chain and beverage organizations on menu conceptualization and wine programs. Johnson has also worked in the human resources field, completed Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) in 2016, completed a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.), and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management and Industrial Psychology.
