Mr. Jin-Soo Hur is the Executive Vice President of SPC Group. 

He leads the Global Strategy Division & Innovation Lab (R&D) at SPC Group. As a leader of the Global Strategy Division, his primary role is to not only manage Paris Baguette’s global business operations, but also the development of new market initiatives. In this position, he is actively overseeing the development of the Paris Baguette franchise and other brands of SPC in the United States, China, Singapore, Vietnam and more promising countries to expand.

 Between 2005 and 2011, Mr. Hur was the Head of the Strategic Planning Division of Paris Croissant Co. Before joining SPC Group in 2005, he worked as a management consultant at IBM Business Consulting Services.

He received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Yonsei University and has a MBA from Seoul National University Graduate School of Business. He received a certificate from the American Institute of Baking (AIB), an intensive baking science and technology program.



The fourth annual Global Restaurant Leadership Conference (GRLC), presented by Winsight, LLC, will take place Nov. 3-6, 2019, at the Marina Bay Sands luxury hotel in Singapore.

The Global Restaurant Leadership Distinction Awards are awarded to those restaurant brands that excel in the global marketplace through Innovation, Industry Service, Partnership and Expansion.
