Larry Konecny is vice president and chief concept officer for Brinker International, Inc., one of the world’s leading casual dining restaurant companies and home of Chili’s® Grill & Bar, Maggiano’s Little Italy® and its virtual brand: It’s Just Wings®.
In this role, he oversees menu innovation and culinary operations for all Maggiano’s restaurants, including ideation and testing of new menu items and service operations. Additionally, he leads Maggiano’s field leadership teams, managing operations and people strategy. Larry is also responsible for the brand’s marketing strategy and banquet business as well as Teammate communication and learning and development.
Larry and his wife, Daniela, have three daughters, Madeleine, Sophia and Isabella. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, fishing and spending time with his girls.
