Kout Food Group is a leading organization that is engaged in providing various hospitality services including establishing, managing, and operating international, regional and own created restaurant franchise concepts, with all its related activities as well as food preparation, representing international companies working in the foodstuff business.
Kout Food Group operates in Kuwait, UK and Iraq managing a large amount of restaurants.
Martin gained extensive experience in the Food and Beverage and catering industry, where he was managing a large catering operation in North Africa. He was later on appointed as a consultant for trade and investment for the Government of Malta’s trade and investment agency - Malta Enterprise. His role was to attract businesses to Malta and assist Maltese businesses set up their base overseas. He was also representing a large Italian Group of Companies where he was instrumental in assisting them entering the Polish Market with their airport restaurant concepts.
Martin obtained his degree in Business Management from the University of Malta and is currently reading an MBA (Henley) UK.
