Born and brought up mainly in Pakistan, Naheed spent the last 20 years in a corporate career working across Australia, the UK, China, Russia, the Middle East and North Africa. Working with Unilever, The Hershey Company, Mondelez and Groupe Bel in increasingly senior roles, she learnt a solution-oriented approach to shift mindsets and multicultural team leadership; very handy to simultaneously manager her little clan of 4 very diverse children who arrived at various times on that journey. Along the way she wrote a children’s book to address unconscious bias in a regional context. Naheed’s efforts were recently recognized with the Women Leadership Award - GCC. Naheed now runs her organisation, iWill, to resolve workplace bias, focusing on resolving gender disparity by providing men and women with a Safe Space and sustained action plan. A global first that is holistic, inclusive and with an extensive list of expert partners around the world, the iWill.global platform is based on boots-on-the-ground insights, bringing the knowledge of ‘How’ to action the inspirational corporate leadership speeches that have built awareness about the issue. Naheed holds a Masters in Business Administration degree and a Change Leadership certification from Cornell.
