Phil is the Senior Vice President of New Product Development and Innovation at Welbilt. Phil has a wide variety of senior management and product development experience in number of different sectors including Commercial Cooking equipment, Electronics, Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals. Phil has been with Welbilt since 2008 and has been instrumental in the growth of the Merrychef business; Phil ran Merrychef as VP & Managing Director until early 2019.
Phil has an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Exeter and an MBA from the University of Southampton, both in the UK.
